TLP’s cloud based Management Module allow you to see in real time every aspect off all the enrollments that have taken place since the inception of the program. Management has the ability to see everything from:
- Date of sale
- The rep who took the enrollment
- The actual contract and signature of the new client
The Management Module allows our customers to manage tablet inventory in the field as well as onboard and deactivate new agents on the spot.
In addition, the module also allows you to see the GPS coordinates of when the enrollment was started as well as the GPS coordinates of when the enrollment was submitted. If these two coordinates do not match and are more than a specified number of yards apart, an alert will automatically be sent to management notifying them of a potential issue – this can stop “slamming” in real time. All customizable alerts can be configured through our cloud.
The Management Module has a number of filters that allow you to splice and dice the data to get exactly what you need. It will allow you to more effectively run your business and be in control of your field representatives rather than having them be in control of you!
