TLP Software has fully integrated with AVL so all records and information created on the tablet are seamlessly passed to AVL's system in real time. AVL offers a fully automated TPV proves via Interactive Voice Response (IVR) or a web-based TPV via your smartphone's browser. There is no longer a need for the customer to repeat information taken on the tablet back to the call center agent. An estimated 2–3 minutes per call is eliminated when the customer no longer has to repeat to the agent their:
- Service Address
- Billing Address
- Meter Number
- Email Address
- Phone Number, etc.
AVL offers two options:
IVR where a callback is made instantaneously to the client. The client is asked a series of questions where they simply answer “YES” or “NO” to each question.
- Text Browser Link
Web based TPV where a link is sent via SMS text to the client’s smartphone. The client then clicks on the link and is taken to their smartphone’s browser where they are asked a series of questions and can answer “YES” or “NO”. NO need to speak with or interact with a live agent or voice recording of an agent!
Both options are fast, easy and cost effective.
